Bra’s and pregnancy are a bit of a catch 22. A baby pushing up in to your rib cage hardly makes strapping a bra around your chest the most enticing idea, yet if we want our breasts to return to their pre-pregnancy glory (or at least not drop to our knees) then a good supportive bra is a necessity, especially when exercising.
