50ml Caorunn, 50ml Pressed Apple juice, 100ml Soda water, 50ml Sparkling white wine
Garnish: Red apple slices
Glass: Wine

Rational: Explores the flavour of the coul blush apple - sweet and dry in an approachable spritz style serve that can be made according to whatever fizz you have at home.
