Uniquely Beautiful with LAURA MERCIER

This mothers day, beauty emporium Space NK have teamed up with world-renowned beauty brand Laura Mercier for their Uniquely Beautiful Mothers Day Campaign.

Inspired by Laura Mercier’s mantra ‘what makes you unique, makes you beautiful’ the campaign celebrates the very special relationship between mothers and daughters, and see’s three beauty insiders with either their mother or daughter, made over by the brand to enhances each woman's best feature.

As part of their ‘Uniquely Beautiful’ campaign, Laura Mercier invited my mother and I, to visit their Space NK ,Regent Street store for a Laura Mercier experience, including a makeup tutorial by the makeup artists behind the campaign.

Always one to share the love, I couldn’t’ let the experience go by with out sharing some of my favourite Laura Mercier products.

FOR THE FACELAURA MERCIER Foundation Primer Radiance £30. This radiant foundation primer is must have for lacklustre skin in need of a pick me up. Not only does it’s universal pearl tint create a soft focus to minimises the look of imperfections but by creating an invisible layer it acts as a buffer to outside elements, protecting the skin and ensuring your makeup stays looking fresh.

LAURA MERCIER Silk Crème - Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation £35. If like me, you find your foundation wearing off within a matter of hours, this ones for you. Creating a photo-ready, natural luminous finish (ideal for videos or selfies), this long-wearing high pigment formula provides up to 12 hours of full coverage with out the full coverage feel.

LAURA MERCIER Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser SPF 20 £34. Ideal for older skin (this was the makeup artist’s choice for my 59 year old mother and I have to say her skin did look illuminated), Laura Mercier’s Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser blurs minor imperfections and softens the appearance of fine lines, leaving a beautiful dewy finish. With vitamins A, c, and E to guard against free radical damage, shea butter for hydration, liquorice root and green tea to calm and sooth, plus that all important SPF 20, this is one foundation packed full of goodness.

FOR THE EYESLAURA MERCIER Brow Pencil £19. I don’t  think I know anyone, who doesn’t register the amazing transformative effect of a good brow.
